SENIORS ON THE MOVE
QUALITY PROGRAMMING FOR OLDER ADULTS
May Dugan Center provides the tools to help older adults stay active and engaged in their community.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Seniors on the Move Program seeks to keep its members healthy and stable through wellness information, workshops, screenings and group sessions. The program was launched in 2015 to provide socialization for older adults as well as information and guidance on issues that affect their lives. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services are primarily offered virtually at this time.
OUR IMPACT
Last year, the Seniors on the Move Program:
Provided 104 quality of life sessions for 41 older adults.
Conducted over 900 health screenings during the food and clothing distribtuion days.
