The May Dugan Center provides a safe, respectful and confidential environment where clients feel accepted and valued. Our CARF accredited program adheres to the highest standards of quality and care. Our Licensed Counselors and Social Workers will help you overcome mental and emotional barriers and develop skills to cope with life’s difficult situations; from the loss of a loved one, divorce, unemployment, abuse, struggles with addiction and more.

SERVICES AVAILABLE

The May Dugan Center is able to provide the following services: 

  • Mental Health Counseling 

  • Addiction (Substance Use Disorder) Counseling and Groups 

  • Case Management 

  • Prevention Services 

The May Dugan Center provides all services at no cost to you and will see all people regardless of their insurance status. 

HOW TO ACCESS SERVICES

Due to COVID-19, intake/registration is available by appointment only by calling May Dugan Center at 216-631-5800 x120 Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm until further notice.


Please have a Photo ID, Social Security Card and Proof of Address ready before calling.

PROGRAM IMPACT

Every year, the Behavioral Health Program makes a substantial impact in the lives of the people it sees. Last year the program:

  • Provided lifesaving support to 712 people 

  • Conducted 3,848 hours of counseling, case management and addiction treatment
